Mistake-Proofing Training at Your Site

The most effective on-site events will encompass the two-day time frame. The first day is identical to our one-day public seminars. The second day will be used to directly apply the M-P techniques you have learned in order to go after your own defects. This commitment allows participants to not only learn the theory of effective Mistake-Proofing, but also lets everyone gain hands-on experience and actually eliminate defects in your facility.

A key feature of our training is to have the participants break into small groups to work on some of your recent issues. Typically, there will be four to six people in a group and each group should be able to develop at least two M-P devices by the end of the second day. So, with a class of 24 people, you should expect to yield Mistake-Proofing solutions for roughly 10 to 15 defects!

If you are interested in training large groups, we recommend breaking them up into smaller sessions of 25 people or less.
